Free Photography conditions,
You must be a charity with a charity number. The photographs taken by myself or my wife are exclusive to us, we own the rights to the images. You can use them freely for advertising purposes as long as we get full recognition as the photographer. If you intend to use them for fundraising we ask that you make a donation to the charitably run organization of our choice, 'The York Stars'
Charity photography is for 1 hour only, poses must be orchestrated by your organization, all subjects must be present at the beginning of the shoot, any props and materials must be provided by your organization, any logo's and colours are added for free as long as logos are provided in either PNG or TIFF formats (jpg may be acceptable if the file is of a good quality)

Any other photography incurs a fee, please use the contact form and tell us what you need and I will give you an estimate
During photography, children must always be accompanied by a responsible adult, Although we are ultimately responsible for insurance we can not insure against unexpected breakages and injuries.
We travel to you, anywhere inside the boundaries of York ring road travel is not charged outside the the ring road mileage is charged at £0.40p per mile return journey included, this is for all photography, charity included.
Your photographs will be given to you on a CD or DVD. A right to distribute, this is your right to give away the photographs (charity only strictly) will also be given to you
We will always ask to use a photograph for portfolio purposes, we will never just use one, it is your right to refuse, however we will never publish names or locations of people of places used on our website and if you agree you will receive a free print of the photograph used.
